The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires anyone with a Broker’s license to complete 60 hours of Post-License training prior to their first renewal deadline (18-24 months). The 60 hours of real estate broker post-licensing is broken into two 30 hour courses; Real Estate Investment and Real Estate Brokerage Management.There is no grace period, and failing to take both 30 hour Post-License courses before the deadline will result in your Broker’s license being null and void. - State approved course and final exam
- Textbook
- Supplemental study materials
- Certificate of Completion slip issued after course completed
- Electronic submission of completion to the state
You can choose to pay a $99 deposit that will hold your place in class with the balance of $120 due on the first day of the class for a total of $219 by selecting the “Deposit $99” button*.
*Note: The minimum $99 deposit is nonrefundable but will be honored for up to one year if the student needs to reschedule to another classroom course as long as the school is notified by email prior to the 1st day of class, after which time the $99 deposit will be forfeited.
